I've created a shop on gaia rescently, pretty much it is an 'ultimate cosplay' breedables shop where you're not stuffing some four-legged beast into weird coloring and a messed up jacket- but you're recieving the character him or herself from whatever series you desire.
This is Aisling, one of my favorites.
He is a sidhe and one of the queens ravens in the Meredith Gentry series written by Laurel K. Hamilton
Aisling is copyright to her, of course, I just drew the lines, scanned it up, and colored him to the best of the descriptions.
amen. But i still love her books. I am defiantly a bit obsessed with them. Since she doesn't have too many of merry, I think I favor the Anita Blake series.
'cept i find Merry's books to be more to my taste, granted I haven't read the grand scale of Anita's books... but that tends to be due to the fact her self-insertion ultimate MarySue tends to grate on me. (Self insertion because her heroines are coincidentally short and buxom... like her...) and ultimate MarySue(although you don't notice too much because it is very well done. (she's contracted 4 types of lycanthropy, pwns the wolfpack, owns a leopard one, is a part of a powerful triumverate and has started a second one... and so on)
Not bashing to the point of flamin' here but Laurel's gotten sidetracked with all the awesomeness and smut, in both series' lately.(Although the Merry series comes off as more explainably neccessary since the unseelie sidhe are portrayed as very sexual creatures by nature.)
My apologies for the overshare... been up too long <.<;
I find there is more of s storyline with Anita. I am sure there is sex and her love polygons gets a little outragirous but to me all there is in Merry is sex sex sex. I mean, idk. Sure she needs to get with child, but still. YOu cant go without a chapter until Merry is shagging something. At least Anita has the moral ground to choose who she sleeps with and when.
I love all Laurells characters but I prefer Anita Blake
And yeah, there may be more storyline to anita, but it tends to be just one main problem that overshadows and then a small problem that's solved per book. With Merry, its kinda half and half but with something a bit deeper lurking beneath (as in lately there's been more hinting about the dirt on the seelie court, revival of the fey mound, and just who's the killer of her father)
But I'd like if Anita's books would touch more on the different species politics and interworkings instead of sex every chapter or so(a common occurence lately what with the ardur, despite the new form of control, she seems to be random fucking a lot more)
And yes... definate laurel lovin for her characters xp

And I'm glad you think so, it was fairly difficult to find specific descriptions of the characters...
